The Idea
A block that gives something back.
Buildings are set around a yard that stays open to the street, turning private land into shared ground.
Homes and workspaces share the same simple structure, which keeps the scheme adaptable over time.
Concrete and timber are used honestly, with a facade that reflects the working history of the harbour.
