Project Overview
North House is a family home on a narrow London plot, rebuilt behind a retained street frontage.
Inside, a clear structural order sets the rhythm of the rooms, while timber, lime plaster, and stone give the house its warmth.

The Idea
Order you can feel.
Three structural bays organize the whole house, from the kitchen at garden level to the bedrooms above.
A top-lit stair brings daylight to the centre of the plan and connects every floor to the sky.
Joinery is built into the structure, so storage, seating, and thresholds read as part of the architecture.

The Process
From drawing to reality.
Working with a single team from survey to handover kept the retained structure, new frame, and interior finishes in step throughout the build.
