Building With Fewer Compromises
Why bringing the builder into the room early protects the design, the budget, and the programme.

Early is cheaper
The least expensive moment to solve a construction problem is before it has been drawn. With the builder in the room from the start, structure, sequence, and cost are tested while changes are still easy.
One conversation
Architects and builders often talk through documents. We prefer a table. Shared reviews mean the design team hears how something will be made, and the site team hears why it matters.
Protecting the detail
Compromise usually arrives late, under pressure. A joined-up process moves those decisions earlier, when there is still time to find the better answer.
