How We Review a Project

A look at the weekly review that keeps architects, builders, and clients working from the same drawing.

One table, once a week

Every live project is reviewed weekly by the people designing it and the people building it. Drawings go on the table, not on a screen, and anyone can pick up a pen.

What we look for

We ask three questions. Is the original idea still clear? Can it be built the way it is drawn? Does the client know what is being decided this week?

Why it works

Small corrections made often are easier than large corrections made late. The review keeps the whole team working from the same drawing.
